End of Year Goals   In this post, I am answering a prompt to Mrs. Kallas Blog post, to my goals at the end of the year so we can end it with a good heart and without being a sloth. The first thing that I want to learn before the end of the year is how to be a better teacher, even though we have been going to our field sites for a while I still think there are things that I could learn from my field site teachers that would help me improve my teaching in the future. The second thing that I would like to learn before the end of the year is how to be a better person in general, And before anyone says that is to vague think about it, as a teacher you have to be one of the most compassionate people to look at everyone equally and be able to set an example for your kids on how to be a good human being. Juville- when he was talking to his other peers he got peer pressured to talk bad to Auggie Attentive- he understands the needs of other people like with Auggie he tries to help him feel comfortable in middle school . Caring- he stands up for Auggie when Julian is talking bad about by punching him straight in the face    Kind- he always is kind to the people he respects like with Auggie he always talks to him and makes him feel wanted

In response to Mrs. Kallas Blog the word  Initiative is a strong and meaningful word, what it means to me is that to do something without being asked and to take responsibility for your life. The first way to show Initiative is to go around and see if the kids need any help with their assignments. The second way is to see in any way that my teacher needs help in something. Next is that I can clean anything that is dirty or an eyesore in the classroom. Another thing is that I can go print papers or cut them for my teacher if she needs it. Next is to grade papers for my teacher if they are very cluttered with them. The next thing is to direct children in the right direction cause sometimes my teacher is focusing on other students and cant focus on one student that isn't doing what he or she is supposed to be doing. In response to Mrs.Kallas blog in scenario 1 where the person gets a ride to the field site by a friend boyfriend or girlfriend and then when asked by another intern, he or she says not to say anything to the teacher. In this situation, I would have told them not to do it again and that they are off the hook for the first time, but if they did it again I would have told the teacher about the first and second time so that they can be more responsible in the long run and has the time ethic for a future job in teaching cause if you do that in the real world you will get fired and have a hard time keeping a job so the quickest way to stop that is to break the cycle so they don't continue it   In the second scenario where another intern has a suspicious time punch in and time punch out but you want him or her to trust you so you do it cause also your teacher told you to make friends with your classmates so you punch in and out for them. In response to Mrs. Kallas blog question, the characteristics that I feel will help me in the classroom that I possess is am very dependable which means that that you can rely on me when you ask me to do it and I will almost keep my promises. the next one I would have to say is that I am honest and that means that I will always tell the truth and if I can't do something I will tell you. Next is enthusiastic which means that I will try to hype up my kids into doing their work and make them feel that they can have fun while still getting a education. Next is that am forgiving, which means that I will be more lenient on my kids so they don't feel as though I will bite their heads off if the do something wrong.
